The AFL-CIO developed the Working People's Plan for Reopening the Economy the Right Way. I support these principles being used to get people back to work. Reopening the economy will only be safe and productive if it is done with input from workers, is based on science and begins with testing and PPE available to all who need a test or protective equipment.
